Cedar Standard Co is owner-operated: Robert built the company, trains every technician, and is accountable for every visit. You get an experienced, trained team, not a rotating cast of subcontractors, and a name behind the work you can actually reach.
Why "Cedar Standard"
Wood tubs are where this company started and what it's named for. Cedar hot tubs are beautiful, durable, and badly underserved. Most spa companies won't touch them, and generic pool-care advice actively damages them. The "standard" is the level of care wood demands: consistent chemistry, quarterly resealing and staining, and drains done the way wood needs. That's why we service cedar and wood tubs exclusively (no acrylic spas) and apply the same standard of care to the cold plunges and saunas we maintain alongside them.
What you can expect
- A CPO-certified team. Certified Pool/Spa Operator training, plus wood-tub care specifically, so your equipment gets treated right whoever's on the route that week.
- A photo after every visit. You get a picture of the finished job whether you're home or not, no wondering if the tub actually got serviced.
- Straight talk. If something doesn't need replacing, we say so. If it does, you get the price before the work.
- A reply within one business day. Owner-operated means real accountability, not a message that disappears up a call center queue.
