That last list matters. Most spa companies will test your water; very few will reseal and stain a wood tub, change filters on schedule, or handle the repair when a heater acts up. We do the whole job, so you never have to coordinate three different companies. You also get a photo after every visit, so you know it happened even when you're not home to see it.

Why weekly service beats "when I get to it"

Hot tub water at altitude, in Colorado's dry climate, with our hard water, drifts fast. A tub that's balanced weekly uses less sanitizer, holds water longer between drains, and never greets you with foam or cloudy water. It also protects the expensive parts: scale and bad chemistry are what kill heaters and pumps, and in a wood tub, neglected water chemistry attacks the wood itself.

Cedar and wood tubs only, on purpose

Wood tubs aren't acrylic spas, and treating them the same is how they get ruined. Sanitizer levels, cleaning products, and drain procedures all differ, and the wood itself needs quarterly resealing and staining to stay tight and beautiful. We service cedar and wood hot tubs exclusively, and that focus is why the work is right. (Own an acrylic spa? Repairs, handled: plan member or not

Heater not heating? Pump making a new noise? A seam that won't stop leaking? Repairs and maintenance are included in quarterly service for plan members, and we welcome one-off repair and service calls too, no plan required. Either way, you get a straight diagnosis and a price before anything is replaced.
